STUDENTS: Congratulations to all students who tried out for the talent show this year, you each made it!
STUDENTS: Students are invited to sit on the gym floor to get the best seats for watching the talent show tomorrow. If you like, you may bring a blanket or pillow to sit on. Concessions will be open during the talent show so bring money.
STUDENTS: Congratulations to Bailey Guynes. She placed third in the Fire Department’s 100 Years of Service drawing contest. Her work was framed. She competed against 7th-12th grade students! Great job! She was honored at the celebration in downtown Conway. Congratulations to Art and Architecture winners: 7th grade Madeline Lewis; second place, Alexa Golden; third place Madison Walker, honorable mention 8th grade Elinore Noyes representing the Art School, third place Megan Dusek, honorable mention, Natalie Warren, honorable mention. The work is beautiful and they were honored with a show at Baum Gallery at UCA. Some of their work will be on display in City Hall.
STUDENTS: Our CSMS Yearbook Bash will be held on Thursday 5th-7th periods. We have lots of fun planned for the bash, so come prepared to party! We do have a few books left to purchase. The price for the yearbooks is $25. Students wanting to purchase a book must have money that day. We WILL sell out! Remaining yearbooks will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Concessions will be sold. Bring your money.
STUDENTS: All 8th grade students are reminded to complete their Kuder education plans and turn in a signed copy to their career orientation teacher or Mrs. Claunch by Friday. See Mrs. Claunch if you have questions.
STUDENTS: Duke TIP students will NOT attend Academic Signing Day at UCA on May 17. Please inform your parents that the trip is CANCELED.
STUDENTS: You must return your textbooks to the teacher who assigned them to you. Do not bring them to the office. Do not have a parent drop them off in the office either.
